Aktiebolag

Aktiebolag is a Swedish company type, roughly equivalent to USA's Corporation and the British Ltd. It's composed of Stocks and needs 100.000 Swedish Crowns (SEK) at all times as equity in the company or it would have to file for liquidation. Aktiebolag is abbreviated as AB.
